Please write a little about yourself…damn cheesy prompts. A little about me goes a long way, so we’ll see if I’m talented enough to do this (I am, but I’ve heard that self-deprecating humor is a good thing). I’m a grad student in Secondary Language Arts, with an undergrad degree in English. All of which translates into a grossly overeducated High School English teacher. I will almost never correct your grammar unless it’s so bad that paramedics need to be called, and if that happens I will probably just run away, it’s so much simpler. I have two dogs, an eclectic group of friends, a quirky sense of humor and a personality you will either love or hate with very few people being capable of falling into the neutral category. Here’s why: I have absolutely no filter in my brain. You know the one I’m talking about, it’s the one that dictates what is acceptable to say and what isn’t. Well, mine ran off a while back and it’s having so much fun in Cabo that it refuses to come home. All I ask is that it send me a postcard every once in a while, but this seems like too large a request. This means that I am usually brutally honest, with no forethought being put into what I am saying or how it sounds. However, I am never intentionally harmful, and am the friendliest bitch you will ever meet unless you manage to anger me. I am independent, willful, and openly sarcastic much of the time. I have a moral code which I will not break for anyone or anything, but care very little for society as our morality only marginally co-exists. I'm a fairly laid back person for someone who is high-strung. Anything and everything to do with Dragons makes me happy. It's a long story, but if you ask I will tell you about it.
